Sound Healing Online Event

The Horizon Community League and Ellerslie Community League are excited to invite you to a free online Sound Wellness & Healing event, hosted by Rachelle Pantaleon of My Sound Health. This event is part of our shared goal to promote wellness, balance, and connection within our community in an accessible and inclusive way.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a gentle wellness practice that uses sound frequencies, tones, and vibrations to help calm the nervous system, support relaxation, and encourage balance in the body and mind. According to My Sound Health, sound healing can help reduce stress, promote emotional clarity, and support overall well-being by guiding the body into a more relaxed state.
No prior experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself time to rest, reset, and recharge.
